Fathers Day!

Watching Kyle with Jackson fills my heart with so much joy! He is such a hands-on, loving, gentle and protective father. He changes diapers, does 4am feedings, gives baths and loves to snuggle. He absolutely adores Jackson and Jackson adores Kyle....they are BEST BUDDIES! Last weekend we celebrated Kyle's first Father Day at Coronado Island. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed spending the time together as a family. Happy Father's Day Kyle. Jackson is one lucky boy to have such an incredible Dad! We love you! xoxo

I also want to wish my wonderful father-in law a Happy Father's Day too! Steve, thank you for loving me like your own daughter and for all your encouragement and support. Kyle is a wonderful Father because of your example. I am so proud to call you Dad! We love you Papa!!!

Uncle Todd and Palm Springs

A lot has been happening the past few weeks. We had a very special visitor a few weeks ago: Kyle's brother came down for a visit to meet Jackson. We had a great time hanging out and going to the zoo. Todd spoiled Jackson by bringing him literally 10 cute new outfits. Who knew Todd had such good taste in baby attire! We really loved having him here and can't wait for another visit soon.

Last weekend, we went to the desert for our first mini vacation as a family. Jackson got to get in the pool for the first time! He did really good and seemed to like the water! If he is anything like his Mom and Dad then I think he will be a little fish :) It was great to relax for a few days and spend time with our close friends. Nothing better than getting some sun and hanging out together. I am sure this was the first of many family trips to the desert!
